BlueBerry Cream Liqueur Recipe
Ingredients
1 c frozen blueberries - thaw and drain
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 c blackberry-flavored brandy
1/2 c vodka
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c evaporated milk
1/2 c half and half
Directions
Pureer blueberries in a blender or food processor.
Add vanilla, brandy and vodka, blend for a few more seconds.
Add the rest of your ingredients to the blender and mix on low for about one minute.
Serve over ice.
Easy Blueberry Vodka Recipe
Ingredients
1 c white sugar
2 c vodka
3 c fresh blueberries
Directions
Sterilize a 2 quart jar. Put sugar and vodka into the jar and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add blueberries.
Put lid on jar and store in a cool, dark place for about 2 months, shaking occasionally.
Strain and serve in small glasses or over ice.
Recipe for Easy Blueberry and Cream Liqueur
Ingredients
1 c frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c vodka
1 c blackberry brandy
1/2 c sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c half and half
1/2 c evaporated milk
Directions
Put blueberries into a blender and blend until smooth.
Blend in the vanilla, vodka and blackberry brandy.
Add the sweetened condensed milk, half and half and evaporated milk and blend until all ingredients are well combined.
Serve in small glasses, or over ice cream or frozen yogurt.
Blueberry Martini Recipe
Bring the taste of blueberries to your martini. Put 2 parts blueberry vodka, 1 part raspberry liqueur, and a dash of lime juice into a shaker and mix vigorously. Strain into a glass and serve with a twist of lime.
Blueberry Lemon Martini
Combine 3 oz Limoncello, 3 oz blueberry vodka and 3 oz vanilla vodka in a shaker bottle and mix well. Strain into a martini glass and serve garnished with some fresh blueberries.
