- For muscle cramps and arthritis pain, make a compress of apple cider vinegar and leave on affected area.
- Dab a little vinegar on mosquito or insect bites to take away the itching.
- Brunettes can use vinegar as a hair rinse to add luster and shine. Use ½ cup vinegar to ½ cup water to pour through hair. Don’t rinse out.
- Apply to sunburn to cool and heal.
- Freshen wilted vegetables by mixing 2 TBS cider vinegar to 2 cups of water. Spray on veggies.
- Add 1TBS to eggs when making hard boiled eggs to keep them from cracking.
Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Dogs
Apple cider vinegar can also be used for your dog if it has itchy skin or as a flea remedy. Put into a spray bottle and spray onto your dog’s coat. Work it into the fur and allow to air dry. If your dog’s itching has caused broken skin, dilute the apple cider vinegar with an equal part water and then spray. Many report itching stops within 24 hours.
Add a little apple cider to your dog’s drinking water to help relieve allergies, flea problems and arthritis.
You can also use apple cider vinegar as a final rinse in your dog’s bath to keep fleas and itchy skin at bay. Apple cider vinegar will leave your dog’s coat shiny and soft.
