Easy Gravy Recipe
Make Perfect Gravy Every Time

Learn how to make perfect, lump free gravy is to use a whisk and mix ingredients slowly. This basic, simple gravy recipe can be used with any type of meat drippings

Ingredients for Easy Gravy

1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp drippings
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper

Directions for Easy Gravy

Put 1/2 of the milk, flour, salt and pepper into a container with a lid and shake until all lumps are gone.

In a medium sauce pan, heat the remainder of milk and meat drippings to simmer.

Using a whisk, slowly add milk and flour mixture from container - Very Slowly! Whisk all the while.

Once you are sure there are no lumps, you can continue cooking until mixture begins to thicken. Then cook an additional 2-3 minutes. If gravy gets too thick, whisk in a little water until it is the desired consistency

Easy gravy recipes makes 1 1/2 cups of gravy.
