I've spent several years juicing for health and to keep my weight down. Juicing offers a great way to use up all those fruits and veggies you bought in an effort to be healthy but didn't have time to actually put into a recipe.
These are some of my favorite books on juicing.

This Juicing book contains 405 recipes for fruit and vegetable juices, smoothies, and quenchers, Key ingredients are indexted by nutrients and health benefits. Some recipes are for the blender as well. Recipes to boost energy, detoxify, boost the immune and digestive system and help give you clear skin.
The Juicing Bible
The Juicing Bible is by Path Crocker and is a standard for those interested in healing with natural foods. This comprehensive book offers recipes for juicing with interesting food combinations, health and wellness information about which juices are good for certain health conditions. Also great information on fruits, veggies and herbs and their healing properties. There is also a section on smoothies and medicinal teas. Great book for those interested in juicing beyond the standard apples and carrot juices.
Ultimate Juicing: Delicious Recipes for Over 125 of the Best Fruit & Vegetable Juice Combinations
This juicing book is by Donna Pliner Rodnitzky which offers tasty, outstanding recipes for the novice or the veteran juicer. The author even includes a section of alcoholic juice combinations, and some information on how to make pretty garnishes for your drinks.
Juicing for Life: A Guide to the Benefits of Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Juicing by Cherie Calbom
This juicing book offers great information on improving your health naturally through juicing. Details the nutritional, preventive, and immune-strengthening powers of fresh fruit and vegetable juices and explains how to use them to cure the symptoms of PMS, arthritis, migraine headaches, motion sickness, and more in 368 pages of useful information.
