For most people, this is what they seem to be missing and what they feel would make them happy. Wealth would give them something they don't have right now-whether it's security, freedom, happiness or whatever their personal goals and focus would be.
All the programs say "Raise your vibrations. FEEL Happiness and Joy. FEEL Gratitude for your life." There are many, many techniques to help you raise your vibrations to attract abundance into your life.

Here is a way to raise your vibration that isn't much talked about but it's simple and has a multitude of benefits. Increase your level of good health and well-being-Increase your vibration automatically and dramatically!
Is the Current State of Your Health Increasing Your Attraction Vibration?
One concept behind deliberate creation is that you must feel you deserve what you are asking for. You must feel good about yourself. Are you 20 pounds overweight? Are you lacking in energy and focus? Is your mind alert? Do you feel happy with your overall health or are you suffering from diseases such as hypertension, heart disease and diabetes? Do you catch every cold and flu germ that comes around, causing you to waste days of your valuable life lying on a couch and missing work? Do you suffer from stress and depression?
Mind, body and soul are all tied together as one. Each affects the other. How can you have a high vibration and feel happiness and joy in life when you know you are not doing basic things to have a healthy, fit body? If you've tried every diet out there and failed to lose weight, do you feel good about yourself?
You can look in the mirror every morning and say affirmations like "I am healthy and fit. I have energy and love life." However, if you are staring at an overweight, out-of-shape person in that mirror and popping high blood pressure pills, you know you are telling yourself a lie, which only decreases your vibration and makes you feel worse about yourself.
Increase Good Health, Raise Your Vibraton and Attract the Life You Desire
First realize that simple, easy changes can make a huge difference in your overall health. Get an inexpensive, spiral notebook. On the inside cover write "With the help of the Universe, I attract health and well-being into my life."
Now, think your level of health and fitness. How do you want to feel? Choose a half-dozen easily reachable goals, then write them down. For the next week, resolve to stick with these goals and, at the end of the week, congratulate yourself when you have reached them.
Some simple goals might be:
- drink 2 cups of antioxidant rich green tea every day
- walk for 10 minutes each day
- read one article on good health-if you have a health condition, research it to see what natural remedies you could try
- Drink water! Water provides energy and vitality to your body.
When you've had a week of working with these goals, decide what has made you feel better. Decide which things you want to keep doing. You may hate green tea. OK, scrap that one and resolve to drink more water or substitute a cup of drinking chocolate twice a week. Write down what you want to keep in your health plan for the next week. For week two, add two more goals for the week. It may be losing a pound or adding another 5 minutes to your meditation time.
One important part of this exercise is find good health ideas that work for you and make you feel better. The other important part is to to congratulate yourself for each goal you achieved! Be proud that you did it. Feel good about yourself and your efforts to take charge of your health and well-being.
These are small changes but will make an immense difference in the way you feel. Having success at reaching your health goals will make you feel better about yourself, thus raising your vibration. Also, enjoying better health, having more energy, losing weight, all these things will also raise your vibration.
