If you have hypertension, or high blood pressure, it is many times possible to lower it naturally, without drugs, through these quick tips. Even if you do have to take drugs to lower your high blood pressure, these hypertension tips will help you be healthier all around and perhaps, working with your doctor, you can eventurally get off the blood pressure medications.

If you weigh 140 lbs and your blood pressure is 140/90 and you lose 20 lbs, your blood pressure should lower to 132/82, which is within normal limits.
4. Cut out the caffeine and quit smoking - Both of these are stimulants and affect your blood pressure by constricting veins and arteries.
5. Add these supplements to your diet to help lower blood pressure naturally:
Omega3 Fatty Acids - Either eat wild caught fish or take supplements totally 3 grams per day.
Calcium and Magnesium supplements
CoQ10 - 100 mg per day
