not try making lasagna in
the crockpot with this easy
crockpot recipe. This
crockpot lasagna can
be made the night before
and put on in the morning
before you leave for work.



Since this is a quick and easy
recipe, use your favorite bottled spaghetti sauce in it.

How Crockpots Can Save You Money

Ingredients

1 16 oz package lasagna noodles, uncooked
1 lb hamburger
32 oz jar of spaghetti sauce
1 onion chopped
16 oz cottage cheese, small curd
1-2 cups Mozarella cheese, shredded
Parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

Cook and brown hamburger. Add onion and cook until onion is soft. Drain.

Grease your crockpot and layer ingredients - noodles, hamburger, cottage cheese and Mozarella cheese.

Top each layer as you go with sauce (be generous) and spread it over noodle/hamburger mixture.

Turn crock pot on medium heat and cook all day.

Serve with a simple salad and french bread.
