Juice or squeeze juice from 7 of the lemons. If you are doing this manually, roll lemon firmly on the counter top to make it easier to extract the juice. Cut up the eighth lemon and set aside.

One easy way to make summer drink recipes
is with an infusion pitcher. An infusion pitcher
has an infusion rod which you fill with fruit
such as berries, oranges or lemon, or even
herbs like mint. Put the rod into the pitcher
and fill it with water or tea, put into the fridge
and enjoy.
An infusion pitcher is a great idea if you have
trouble getting the recommended glasses of
water each day. It's so delicous you want to
drink more!
