Ingredients for Mediterranean Pizza

1 10-oz pre-baked whole wheat pizza crust (such as Boboli)
1/2 c no-salt-added tomato sauce
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
1 c shredded chicken or turkey
1/2 c sliced olives
Green Olives
1 small jar roasted red peppers, chopped
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried basil
1 c reduced fat cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)





Pizza Directions:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Spread tomato sauce over whole wheat crust.

Sprinkle toppings on pizza, finishing with cheese.

Bake on a pizza sheet or pizza stone for 10 minutes or until heated and cheese is melted.

Serves 6.
